Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and patients to resolve routine customer requests, provide product education, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our clients, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests
  • Resolving routine customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Providing additional customer education and information as needed
  • Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
  • Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working in a contact center/call center environment (preferred)
  • Current or previous arenaflex experience (desired)
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
