Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls throughout your scheduled shift, assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment
  • Developing a warm and friendly approach to build rapport with callers
  • De-escalating and managing difficult calls with professionalism and level-headedness
  • Providing consistent, high-quality customer support while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Utilizing excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve customer issues
  • Navigating multiple applications on a single call with ease and efficiency
  • Working with dual monitors to manage tasks and prioritize customer needs
  • Maintaining excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication with customers
  • Meeting minimum typing requirements of 25 WPM and utilizing keyboard shortcuts to increase productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Residency in the United States
  • The ability to work from home with a private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
  • Two (2) 22" monitors with a video adapter
  • A US-based internet service provider (no wireless connections allowed)

Training and Development

As a new member of our team, you'll participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program, which includes:

  • Mandatory paid training with 100% attendance required
  • Training dates: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST
  • Training will cover essential skills, including customer service, communication, and technical requirements

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

To ensure a successful and productive work environment, you'll need to meet the following equipment and workspace requirements:

  • Two (2) 22" monitors with a video adapter
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
  • A US-based internet service provider (no wireless connections allowed)
  • A private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace

Compensation and Benefits

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy:
