Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team and contribute to the launch of new technology at customer locations. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience, obsess about our customers, and thrive in a constantly evolving business environment. Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology

• Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams
• Visit customer sites and deploy new technology
• Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology
• Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership

Essential Qualifications

* A 4-year science/engineering degree

• Strong communication and data analysis skills
• Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
• Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
• Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field

• Scripting skills
• Formal coursework/training in project management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize results in writing
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time domestically
