Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adhering to our strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering data with speed and accuracy into our systems, meeting quantity and quality requirements
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Working under minimal supervision to meet daily deadlines
- Managing large caseloads with tight deadlines
- Establishing priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Basic computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong PC and technical skills
- Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum six months to one year of item data entry or related experience
- Ability to work under stressful situations
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
- Availability to work 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Time for training
- High school or equivalent education
- Data entry experience: 1 year
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in a fast-paced data entry environment
- Familiarity with data management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
