Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the food industry and contribute to the success of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional support to our customers through phone and email, responding to inquiries regarding order processing, deliveries, product information, and more.
  • Problem-Solve: Utilize your skills to forecast product needs and suggest acceptable substitutions for items not in stock, ensuring our customers always have what they need.
  • Be a Product Expert: Research and recommend products based on customer preferences, helping them discover new and exciting options.
  • Stay Connected: Communicate order and product changes quickly and effectively, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales team to identify evolving customer needs and participate in sales meetings with manufacturers to expand your product knowledge and industry insight.

Work Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work in our Dallas office Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that values work-life balance and employee satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food industry or a related field.

  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
