Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients with their travel-related inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services according to their preferences and budget
