  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors
  • Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate issues
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information

  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures, adhering to arenaflex's financial policies and procedures

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong computer skills to navigate systems and perform data entry tasks, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer issues efficiently, using problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
  • Excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer support, including verbal and written communication
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs, but not required

Shifts and Schedules

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Day shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Evening shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
  • Morning shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

You'll be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses based on performance and productivity.
