Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
• Documenting customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience using CRM software is an asset
