Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, and your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will also be required to maintain customer records, process orders, and provide timely assistance to the sales team.

Requirements:
