Job Summary:
arenaflex is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work for under 4 hours per shift during evening hours. This role provides an excellent remuneration package including an hourly salary, health and dental benefits, paid training, and paid vacations.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer's shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This position requires an individual who can handle customer requests promptly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions for future reference and quality assurance.

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during evening hours
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive paid training
