Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Handling and resolving customer complaints effectively
- Providing detailed and accurate information about products and services
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Following up on customer interactions and ensuring satisfactory resolutions
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Assisting in training new staff members
Responsibilities
