Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in California. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat. You will resolve product or service issues, determine the cause of the problem, and select and explain the best solution to solve the issue. You will also maintain customer records, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue
  • Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
