About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. You'll also process orders, handle customer transactions, and maintain customer records by updating account information. Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for flexible hours
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred but not required
  • Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
