Job Description

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and leading the customer support team to achieve targets and goals, developing and implementing customer support policies and procedures, and monitoring and analyzing customer support metrics to ensure high levels of service.

Responsibilities

* Manage and lead the customer support team to achieve targets and goals

  • Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to ensure high levels of service
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Train and mentor new and existing customer support staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and service management

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer support or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
