Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information to customers. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking (required)
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)
- Ability to work under 4 hours per day (required)
- Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required)
- Additional training or certification in customer service (preferred)
