Job Description

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information related to flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel assistance.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
