Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Ecommerce Chat Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via chat support. You will help customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that they have a positive experience. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and a reliable internet connection to communicate with customers. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Ecommerce Chat Support Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will use your communication skills to provide accurate information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues: You will be responsible for identifying the root cause of customer issues and working with the customer to resolve them. You will use your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers: You will be responsible for providing customers with accurate and relevant information about our clients' products and services. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
