Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Key Responsibilities

  • Spreadsheet Management: Create and maintain spreadsheets with large datasets, ensuring error-free entries and efficient data management.
  • Data Verification: Cross-check data against source documents to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Data Updates: Regularly update existing data to reflect current information, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Data Retrieval: Access and provide data from databases or electronic files as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Backup Maintenance: Perform regular backups to safeguard data and prevent loss.
  • Document Organization: Sort and organize paperwork after data entry to prevent data loss and maintain a clutter-free workspace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles.

  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills; familiarity with touch typing is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
