What Will I Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: Provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.
- Developing Rapport with Customers: Build strong relationships with our customers, using your excellent communication skills to tailor interactions to their individual needs and preferences.

What Qualifications Do I Need?
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Basic Knowledge of Computers: Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
- Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Live in One of the Following States: Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
