Position Summary
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Remote Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service solutions tailored to each client's needs. Your responsibilities will include making consistent outbound calls, accurately documenting customer interactions, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data and perform typing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
- Capture and document customer information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth.
- Set appointments in a business-to-customer format, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications

Required:
+ At least one year of call center experience, including working with an automatic dialer and call scripting. Note: This is mandatory for remote candidates. + Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. + Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and excellent communication, with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues. + Consistent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results. + High school diploma or GED, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. + Basic computer skills and literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. + Experience in an outbound calling environment, with a proven track record of success.
