Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Specialist – Remote Operations and Crisis Management

As a key member of our Remote Customer Service team, you'll play a critical role in mitigating harm through crisis management of sensitive maker accelerations, working closely with cross-functional groups to address maker/customer center issues that may be driving potential risk.

Job Summary

As an Outreach Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for acting as an expert to cross-functional partners on item/strategy changes, arranging and executing cross-functional drives, and recognizing work process holes to improve maker accelerations. You'll also work as an Incident Manager on select weekends to claim accelerations needing prompt help, own delicate, high-impact accelerations by fully exploring maker/purchaser issues, and creating tailored communication techniques to moderate security and brand risks to arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as an expert to cross-functional partners on item/strategy changes, fostering deep relationships with regional groups to help and counsel in complex maker accelerations

  • Arrange and execute cross-functional drives, ensuring alignment with broader arenaflex endeavors
  • Recognize work process holes to further improve maker accelerations that guarantee full de-heightening sooner rather than later
  • Work as an Incident Manager on select weekends to claim accelerations needing prompt help
  • Own delicate, high-impact accelerations by fully exploring maker/purchaser issues and creating tailored communication techniques via email, social, and telephone to moderate security and brand risks to arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year college education or comparable viable experience

  • 5 years of involvement with a specialized undertaking the board or a client confronting job
  • 4 years of involvement working with occurrence reaction the executives, risk moderation, or client service
  • 4 years of involvement with acceleration the board, chief correspondences, episode directing, and pursuing time-basic choices with deficient data

Preferred Qualifications

* Capacity to impart analytical discoveries and techniques to specialized staff, chief administration, lawful guidance, and interior and outer clients

  • Capacity to advocate for maker arrangements that safeguards the arenaflex biological system and its representatives
  • Capacity to work in and stay aware of a quick climate by means of successful prioritization and using time productively
  • Capacity to go about as a functioning occurrence chief in on stand by revolutions, over ends of the week, and adjust to quickly changing needs in the arenaflex biological system
  • Fantastic specialized keenness and capacity to absorb new data rapidly
  • Incredible time and venture the board abilities, and capacity to adjust different undertakings and needs

  • A base salary range of $106,000-$156,000 per year
