About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, or social media to resolve daily incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats to ensure timely and high-quality communication with clients.
- Utilizing the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborating with the Department of Operations to resolve incidents and perform parallel work.
Schedule:
The night shift position operates from midnight (12:00 am) to 08:00 am, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break. We're looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High-level proficiency in Korean (oral and written) and fluency in Spanish or English.
- Proven skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A solution-oriented and reliable approach, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for working in a dynamic team environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
