Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Utilize arenaflex resources and tools to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met
- Identify customer needs and clarify information to provide accurate solutions
- Research and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other arenaflex tools
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Experience with ADT resources and tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
