Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our migration project by performing application administration tasks, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with our dedicated team to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and user profiles in our system.

  • Support the migration project by manually setting up accounts and users as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to end users transitioning to the new application.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth migration process.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of user activity and application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the application and user accounts.

Top Skills Required

* Exceptional typing skills (fast and accurate, with a speed of over 40 wpm). You will be asked to complete a typing assessment.

  • Strong command of the English language; bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Any experience in tier 1 helpdesk or triage is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

Shifts are available within the following hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST. You'll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your needs and work style.

Additional Requirements

* Reliable internet connection.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
