Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into various databases and systems from source documents within specified time limits.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database as requested.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data retrieval.
  • Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors, with a keen eye for quality and precision.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
