We're seeking an experienced ABS Checker to join our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shop data entry processes. As an ABS Checker, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction that arenaflex is known for. Responsibilities

As an ABS Checker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating accurate and detailed truck manifests to ensure seamless delivery of materials to job sites
• Bundling and organizing shop paperwork to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace
• Verifying the accuracy of material loaded on trucks to prevent errors and delays
• Processing loads and utilizing ABS software to input data and track progress
• Printing job labels and scanning paperwork into job folders to maintain a paperless and organized system
• Collaborating with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ABS software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
