Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Accommodating, submitting, and reviewing cost reports in accordance with arenaflex's strategy
  • Assisting with all group coordination factors, small to large events, and other assigned administrative tasks
  • Providing proactive administrative and staffing support to the team, including but not limited to space management, resource allocation, procurement, headcount management, new/interior onboarding, and event management
  • Planning employee recognition events, team all-hands, and off-site events
  • Maintaining group data with classification and integrity, using discretion to make decisions within your area of responsibility
  • Procurement of labor and materials, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and office requests
  • Managing nametags and supporting new hire setup (office, hardware, etc.)
  • Scheduling support where required
  • Performing additional daily administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • 2+ years of managerial, business support, or customer service experience in a climate with an emphasis on planning gatherings/events, travel management, and essential organizational work
  • Partner's certification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Social Science)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at the arenaflex executive level
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's strategy and operations
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
