Join Our Team as a Temporary Data Entry Associate

We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Temporary Data Entry Clerks. This role offers the potential for future assignments, providing flexibility and the possibility of long-term opportunities. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll collaborate with our internal data management team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, supporting our mission to inspire and transform individuals nationwide.

Flexible Scheduling for a Balanced Life

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options for our Temporary Data Entry Clerks. You'll work on Fridays (once a month) and Saturdays (2-3 times a month), with times to be determined (subject to change). This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life, ensuring you have the time and energy to pursue your passions.

Location: arenaflex Headquarters in Palmetto, FL

Our headquarters is located in Palmetto, FL, and this position is based at our office. Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Transferring data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse
• Accurately interpreting and inputting handwritten information into our database
• Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents
• Updating and maintaining existing data records
• Organizing and filing paperwork after data entry to ensure nothing is misplaced
• Assisting with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
• Ability to type quickly and accurately (40-45 words per minute with 80-90% accuracy)
• Keen attention to detail is a must
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
