Job Overview

You will collaborate with various departments to gather and organize data effectively, assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors, and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data into arenaflex's database systems

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular quality checks
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize data effectively
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience in data entry or related field (1+ year)

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 60 wpm)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with database management systems and software
