The Opportunity
As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for:
- Assessing customers' needs, suggesting products and services that meet their home and business needs
- Adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns
- Remaining current on arenaflex Business products and services
- Owning the customer experience and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- The ability to work in a highly structured call center environment
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change
