Job Overview

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through text-based communication, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will engage with customers in a high-energy environment, think critically, and make decisions quickly. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a prompt and professional interaction. -

Actively listen to customer concerns and work toward resolving issues in a timely manner, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and guidance. -

Data Entry:

Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and escalations. -

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving customer service. -

Feedback Loop:

Provide feedback on common customer issues to help guide product and operational improvements. -

Performance Goals:

Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. -

Continuous Learning:

Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support or call center environment. -

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with various computer applications, chat software, and proficient in typing (minimum 40 WPM). -
