What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Care Specialist, Commercial Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships of trust: You'll establish and nurture relationships with customers and teammates through open communication, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Providing timely solutions and alternatives: You'll respond to customer inquiries, offering timely solutions and alternatives to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Uploading Certificates of Insurance (COIs): You'll upload COIs into our software program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Responding to support emails and maintaining phone communications: You'll handle inbound and outbound phone communications, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
  • Assisting in training customers: You'll work with customers to ensure they're utilizing our software effectively, providing training and support to enhance their experience.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required experience in the commercial insurance industry: You'll have a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and services, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance: You'll have a basic understanding of COIs and their importance in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel: You'll have strong skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders, both in writing and in person.
