What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Care Specialist, Commercial Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships of trust: You'll establish and nurture relationships with customers and teammates through open communication, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Providing timely solutions and alternatives: You'll respond to customer inquiries, offering timely solutions and alternatives to resolve issues efficiently.
- Uploading Certificates of Insurance (COIs): You'll upload COIs into our software program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Responding to support emails and maintaining phone communications: You'll handle inbound and outbound phone communications, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
- Assisting in training customers: You'll work with customers to ensure they're utilizing our software effectively, providing training and support to enhance their experience.
What's Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Required experience in the commercial insurance industry: You'll have a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and services, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance: You'll have a basic understanding of COIs and their importance in the commercial insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel: You'll have strong skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders, both in writing and in person.
