Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized.

Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
