What to Expect:

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations by providing a consultative and empathetic approach to explaining insurance products. You'll also assist third parties with policy documentation and changes, ensuring that customer needs are addressed in the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat

  • Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
  • Ensure customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
  • Report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience
  • Previous call center experience
  • Empathetic towards customer needs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
  • Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST
