Job Summary:

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work from home, providing exceptional support to our clients' employees. As a key member of our team, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, answering questions, providing education, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to health care benefits, 401k savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees, providing answers, education, and solutions to complex HR and financial issues related to: + Health care benefits + 401k savings and retirement plans + Leaves of absence + Payroll + Other HR-related topics

  • Process transactions such as:

+ Health enrollments + Tax and direct deposit updates + 401k withdrawals or contributions + Retirement elections

  • Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems, providing answers and support to clients
  • Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist clients with updates or inquiries
  • Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette, active listening, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the healthcare or financial services industry

  • Knowledge of HR and financial systems, including benefits administration and payroll processing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
