Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and creating engaging visual presentations
- Maintaining a safe and secure store environment, including adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Providing support to other store departments as needed, including receiving and processing shipments, and assisting with inventory management
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, and 20-30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach, balance, and climb
- Basic math skills, including accuracy with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
