Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with booking reservations, changing flights, and resolving issues with existing bookings
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant travel details
  • Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience:

+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience + Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Knowledge of airline industry regulations and procedures preferred

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer service software
