Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring that all interactions are timely, professional, and resolution-focused. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling a high volume of customer calls and emails, providing clear and concise information to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and follow up on customer resolutions
- Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
- Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
- Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of students and alumni

Training and Development
As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
- A 2-week training schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure your continued growth and success
- Access to our CRM system and other technical tools to support your work
