Key Responsibilities As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Customer Interaction: Manage incoming chat requests from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies. - Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Persuasive Communication: Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively recommend products and services that meet customer needs. - Documentation: Maintain detailed notes and records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers and assist in resolving any issues. - Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality assurance evaluations. - Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and report recurring issues or trends to management, contributing to process improvements. - Collaboration: Partner with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and address complex inquiries. - Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: - Education & Experience: - Associate degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in chat support. - Personality Traits: - Energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Soft Skills: - Strong persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers. - Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses and record-keeping. - Technical Proficiency: - Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is a plus. - Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - Availability: - Flexible to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
