Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through chat support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working independently to manage customer interactions, using provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient resolution

Essential Qualifications
