Provide technical support and training to customers on Becton Dickinson's laboratory automation and informatics products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in laboratory automation and informatics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and development. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Becton Dickinson's laboratory automation and informatics solutions. Act as a subject matter expert and consult with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue potential business opportunities and drive sales growth. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support cases, and other relevant data.
