Remote Telemarketer and Appointment Setter (Part-Time, Work From Home)

Our Dallas–Fort Worth branch is expanding and looking for motivated, goal-driven team members who want a flexible and rewarding remote opportunity. Job Summary We’re seeking an outgoing, personable Remote Telemarketer & Appointment Setter to make outbound calls and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a flexible schedule, paid training, and strong commission potential.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using our provided dialer software.
- Connect with decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Present Mint Condition’s services clearly and professionally.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and maintain a positive brand impression.
- Accurately update lead information and call details in our CRM (PhoneBurner).
- Follow proven call scripts and sales processes to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of telemarketing or outbound calling experience preferred.
- Confident, friendly communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using web-based and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Reliable computer, headset/phone, and high-speed internet required.
- Highly self-motivated and organized; able to work independently.
- Able to work 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during CST business hours.
- Texas-based candidates preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $17/hour + (DOE) + commission for each appointment set
