About the Role

As a Technical Consultant – Customer Onboarding, you'll play a critical role in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, developing learning materials, and leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software to understand customer needs. You'll work closely with our customers to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery. Your expertise will help our customers navigate the complexities of the AEC industry, ensuring they get the most out of our tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide new customers on their onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use

  • Develop and maintain learning content to support new and existing customers
  • Leverage your knowledge with CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements
  • Develop customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible support

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on customer onboarding and training

  • Deep knowledge of current and emerging practices in the AEC industry
  • Strong understanding of CAD and BIM software applications
  • Excellent teaching and training skills, with experience in developing and delivering live instruction and on-demand learning materials
  • Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with arenaflex's products and services

  • Certification in a related field, such as Autodesk Revit or Trimble Connect
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
