  • Taking Inbound Calls and Answering Questions: Respond to inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, providing accurate and timely information to our members.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 Year Experience Interacting with Customers: A minimum of one year of experience interacting with customers, either in a call center, retail, or healthcare setting.
  • Computer Proficiency in Windows-Based Applications: Proficiency in using Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other software tools.
