About the Role:

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Wisconsin, interacting with customers via phone, chat, email, and other digital channels. You'll be trained to handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from simple to complex, and provide timely, accurate solutions that meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service via inbound and outbound conversations, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues and concerns

• Utilize your computer skills to research customer requests and accurately record the details of your interactions
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Skills for Success:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to customers. Your communication skills should be clear, concise, and engaging.

• Computer skills: You'll need to be proficient in using computer software, navigating the web, and typing at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute.
• Typing skills: We require a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. If you're unsure, take our free typing test to assess your skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a solid educational foundation to excel in this role.

• Three or more years of customer service experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, restaurants, or hotels, is essential.
• Availability to work shifts: You'll need to be available to work Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time (8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time).
• Reliability: You'll need to commit to a regular schedule, as some customer interactions are time-sensitive.

Remote Work Requirements:

* Wisconsin resident: You'll need to be a resident of Wisconsin to work from home.

• High-speed internet access: You'll require a stable, high-speed internet connection to perform your duties.
