Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective communication. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance with product information, website navigation, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, email, and social media correspondence

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
• Work closely with customers to resolve issues related to logistics, returns, refunds, and warranty questions
• Use basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to communicate with customers and manage tasks
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Qualifications

* Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of helping customers answer questions and resolve issues.

• Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be communicating with customers through various channels.
• Microsoft Office: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, is required.
• Technical Requirements: A hardwired internet connection is required, and you must be comfortable navigating a computer while on the phone with customers.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

Schedule Availability
