Responsibilities:

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service.

• Provide detailed information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow.

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• A positive and professional demeanor is crucial, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Gaming experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

• Are you able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT?
• Are you able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday?
