Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting all components of the order process, from quote and order placement to shipment and post-delivery needs. You'll interact with customers through various communication mediums and settings, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers in a polite and professional manner via incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, chat (text and video), face-to-face communication, and other channels as assigned
  • Supporting all components of the order process, including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries
  • Analyzing information received from the customer and exercising independent problem-solving to deliver successful resolutions
  • Representing arenaflex during meetings and potentially at conventions/exhibits/events as requested
  • Continually obtaining and retaining product knowledge to support customer needs
  • Preparing various information and reports as requested
  • Assisting in various departmental projects as requested

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adhere to processes and procedures
  • Successful in working both within a team and/or independently
  • Problem solver with a great customer service attitude
  • Accuracy with a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Confident using a variety of computer applications
  • Ability to be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation, including the ability to walk, balance, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and stoop
