What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our many cardholders, keeping exceptional customer service as your constant goal. You'll maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and most importantly, you'll build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our computerized system
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Authorizing sales and transactions as needed
• Building relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, thrive in a team environment, and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. You'll also need proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, proficiently type while talking, and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home full-time, enjoying a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. Occasionally, you may be requested to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
• Have 6+ months of customer service experience of any kind and/or military equivalent experience
• Live within 2 1/2 hours of the Rapid City, SD location
• Be 18 years old or older
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
• Have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Not require sponsorship for employment visas
