Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients and tenants through phone, chat, and email interactions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a remote customer service professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants
  • Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using various computer programs and systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of property management or real estate industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Available Shifts and Compensation

Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm EST, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends. Compensation is $48.50 - $53.50/hour, depending on experience.
